- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables – thawed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 cups sour cream
- 1 recipe cream of chicken soup or two cans of cream of chicken soup
- 2-3 potatoes – cooked and diced
- 1 T milk
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Mix all ingredients but the crust and milk in a big bowl
- Place one pie crust in the bottom of a deep dish pie plate
- Pour filling into crust
- Put top crust on and crimp edges
- Cut a vent in the top of the pie
- Brush milk on top crust
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until crust is golden
